Registration

The Official Registration for Fall 2017 term will take place starting 09:00 AM on August 24, 2017. The admitted students will receive an invitation Email in their personal accounts indicating the exact time of their registration. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT ON CAMPUS AT THIS TIME AND DATE. In order to guarantee a smooth and successful registration process, all students must respect their time assignment.
 
The admitted students must check their personal account for any missing documents that they may need to bring with them. Fax copies or photocopies of documents are not accepted.
 
Please note that the Registration Invitation and National Identity Card (Passport for internationals) are required throughout the registration process.

Orientation program for new stuents will take place on August 24 - 28, 2017.

Pre Registration

The preregistration is MANDATORY for all admitted undergraduate students who confirmed their admission by paying a non refundable sum of 5000 DH in the set deadline and who have a TOEFL score of 420 and above .

 
You have the possibility to preregister before the preregistration day. Please contact the admissions and Outreach Office to get an appointment. 

 

Please note that due to the limited number of seats in class courses, you will not be allowed to register if you don't preregister .

 

The preregistration consists of:

 

    1. Deposit of the ORIGINAL COPY of High School Diploma ('Baccalauréat');

    2. Deposit of the ORIGINAL COPY of ‘RELEVE DE NOTES DE L’EXAMEN DU BACCALAUREAT’(for the French Baccalaureate holders only);
    3. Complete the tuition fee by paying 24 925 Dh* (see method of payment below) of which another extra 5 000 Dhs is non-refundable ; Which makes a total of 10 000 Dhs non-refundable in case of withdrawal.

 

 

Methods of payment:

 

ON LINE:

  1. Login to the portal at http://my.aui.ma using your user name (5-digit number) and your password;

  2. Select the "Admissions" tab and click on "Pre registration Deposit" under "Documents I need to send and online payment";

  3. The amount to be paid will be shown;

  4.  Enter your card information at the level of the order form "Bon de paiement", select the check box near "confirmer l'acceptation des conditions générales d'utilisation du service" and click on "valider le paiement";

  5.  Forward the payment receipt to admissionsoutreach@aui.ma (you will receive a notification email with the payment details) .

OR BANK DEPOSIT:

 

  1. Go to the nearest bank branch of "Banque Populaire" or "Crédit Agricole;

  2. Present the attached form "FORMULAIRE DE PAIEMENT" ("Banque Populaire" or "Crédit Agricole") duly filled and signed with the sum of 24 925 Dh;

  3. Send a scanned copy of the payment form with the bank receipt "Avis d'opération" signed and sealed by the bank to obs-payment@aui.ma AND admissionsoutreach@aui.ma

 

OR BANK TRANSFER:

 

  1. Go to your bank agency;

  2. Present the attached form "FORMULAIRE DE PAIEMENT" ("Banque Populaire" or "Crédit Agricole") duly filled and signed; and ask your bank to transfer the sum of 24 925 Dh to AUI bank account: "Crédit Agricole" OR "Banque Populaire";

  3. Send a scanned copy of the payment form with the bank receipt "Avis d'opération" signed and sealed by the bank to obs-payment@aui.ma AND admissionsoutreach@aui.ma

 

 To be sure that your payment form and the bank receipt are well received, please contact the Business Office at: obs-payment@aui.ma

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT: It's mandatory to write your last name, your first name and your username on the payment form and the "Avis d'opération" receipt.

 

 

 

Confirmation Deposit

All candidates offered admission (Undergraduate and Graduate) are required to respond to offers of admission immediately upon notification by paying a non-refundable confirmation deposit of 5000 Dhs before the set deadline .  
 
 METHODS OF PAYMENT :

 

  • ONLINE :

 

  1. Select the "Admissions" tab and click on "Confirmation Deposit" under "Documents I need to send and online payment";
  2. The amount to be paid will be shown (5 000 Dh);
  3. Enter your card information at the level of the order form "Bon de paiement", select the check box near "confirmer l'acceptation des conditions générales d'utilisation du service" and click on "valider le paiement";
  4. Forward the payment receipt to admissionsoutreach@aui.ma (you will receive a notification email with the payment details).

 

  • BANK DEPOSIT:

  • BANK TRANSFER:

  3. Send a scanned copy of the payment form with the bank receipt "Avis d'Opération" signed and sealed by the bank to obs-payment@aui.ma AND admissionsoutreach@aui.ma
