Transcripts issued and signed by AUI’s Registrar’s Office are the official records accepted by other educational institutions.

For enrolled students, transcripts are issued upon the student’s request, through the online request form, available on AUI portal (login to your AUI Portal Account and go to "Online Academic Transcript Request" page).

For Alumni and students who do not have access to their portal for any reason, transcripts requests are processed following an email sent to registration@aui.ma, and upon completing the required payment (see the "Transcripts' Payment Procedure" below).

Under normal circumstances, requests for transcripts are processed within two working days of receipt by the Office of the Registrar, and after payment of 40MAD. An additional charge of 60 MDH applies for same day requests. Requests received during periods of registration, final exams and school holidays may be delayed by a few additional days.

Transcript requests are delivered only to students in good financial standing with the University. Requests from students on financial hold cannot be processed until the Business Office has notified Enrollment Services of the payment. The requested transcript may be picked up from the office of the Registrar or mailed by post to a specific address.
