As many argue we are entering a new phase of the "Information Ag," this course provides a critical introduction to the different "futurisms" -- utopian, dystopian, and otherwise -- that motivate diverse communities of technologists, scientists, and engineers. The question of whether and how the rest of human society should digest these narratives is explored in detail.
