Description
This course includes 3 separate components: 1 credit for Career Development, which includes orientation to the field of psychology familiarizing students with the practices of psychologists with special attention to the Moroccan legal framework and professional ethics. Students will be presented with information about the psychology major, the course offerings in psychology, career opportunities in psychology locally/globally and graduate study. Differing orientations towards the field of psychology will be explored with special emphasis given to the Moroccan job market. The 2nd component is Arabic for Psychology (1 credit) and the 3rd is Technical French (1 credit) as linguisitic competencies are necessary within the Moroccan local job market.
