Pre-requisite: To be taken during the last regular semester of enrollment.
It focuses on the formulation and implementation of long- and medium term business strategies for a firm. The interrelationships between production, marketing, finance, accounting and human relations in reaching and affecting such strategies are considered. It is also a simulation of management problems in strategy formulation and implementation.
