Description
This course reviews language functional expressions learned by students in high school. The course aims to train students to use this knowledge effectively and correctly in listening, reading, speaking, and writing in different communicative contexts. Special emphasis is placed on the characteristics of Arabic sentence structure. This enables students to distinguish grammatical from ungrammatical usage in both writing and speaking. The main objective is to bring the student up to the level where they may be able to fully appreciate the subtleties of Arabic in an academic context.
