Description

This course will focus on the psychological causes, dynamics, and consequences of interpersonal and intergroup conflict. Topics discussed will include such issues as the role of power, status, trust, and social identity. Students will learn about various theories related to the causes of conflict, as well as
practical techniques, consistent with social norms in Morocco, for navigating conflict, including negotiation, mediation, and facilitation.
