Pre-requisite: MKT 3301
It teaches the process of consumer decision-making and the contribution of psychology, sociology and anthropology toward understanding the consumer decision-making process. Topics include a conceptual understanding ofconsumer behavior and application of these behavior concepts to marketing decision-making
