Description

Pre-requisite: Core courses or consent of the Graduate Coordinator This course provides an in-depth study of the strategic issues faced by managers
in a global environment. Emphasis is on creation of competitive advantage in a global context. At a minimum, the following subjects will be discussed:
competitive positioning, techniques for analyzing how firms can develop and sustain competitive advantage, dynamic economic policies and conditions,
emerging markets, deregulation, and challenges facing multinational corporations.
