Description

Pre-requisites: MGT 3301 and either GBU 3401 or MTH 3301; or SSC 2401 (SHSS)
It introduces the field of operations management and a state-of-the-art view of the primary activities of the operation function in manufacturing and service
organizations. It provides basic principles of designing, analyzing and controlling production systems and the allocation and use of resources to produce goods and services.
