portal, on the Internet, via the platform Maroc Telecommerce. Maroc Telecommerce
is a payment platform service and a trademark of "Maroc Telecommerce SA". 3. Payment mode:
To settle your on-line payment by bank card, you choose
the means of payment among those proposed at the level of the order form (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Cmi). In that case, debit of your account is made
within one day
following the date of the confirmation of your payment.
Your credit card payment is secured by Maroc Telecommerce which offers a
completely secured payment service.
The consumer guarantees to Al Akhawayn that he/she has the required permissions
to use the payment method chosen by him/her, during the validation of the order
form.
In case of fraudulent use of
payment means while paying by credit card, measures set up in agreements between
the consumer and the issuer of the card and between Al Akhawayn and its bank are applied. 4. Data
confidentiality: The requested information is needed to process your order and is treated
confidentially. You have the right to review your data.
5. Proof of payment by credit card
:The data registered by Maroc Telecommerce S.A on the platform Morocco
Telecommerce for Al Akhawayn, represents the proof of all the commercial
transactions done between you and Al Akhawayn.
6. Major
force:
Al Akhawayn is required to carry out its obligations as long as no major force
event blocks its process.
