Description
This course will survey and examine relations between the Maghreb region and Europe. Bilateral ties between states as well as the policies of individual European states such as, France and Spain will be explored. The main focus of the course will be on relations with the European Union itself. Students will study issues such as trade, co-operation, migration, security and the EuroMediterranean Partnership Initiative.
